Restoration Review Technician
The role of a Restoration Review Technician is to provide technical and cost validation of Restorer's reports, scope of works and quotes including specialist reports to assist Claims Management teams, Loss Adjusting and Repair Solutions
What are my accountabilities?
- Minimising claims cost by effectively reviewing building cost and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers
- Communication with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship team
- Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations
About you:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of restoration best practice.
- IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification
- Skills in preparing a scope of works
